Remote specialist support (telemedicine), allows you to discuss cases and receive tailored diagnostic and treatment plan without an on-site visit. Each consultation is followed by a clear, detailed written report that can be shared directly with clients, supporting continuity of care and informed decision-making. Case reviews can also be used as your CPD points/time.
I offer on-site endoscopic procedures and sampling, using either my own equipment or that of the practice, with fees adjusted accordingly. By assisting during procedures, you can gain some hands-on experience while retaining both the case and associated revenue within the practice.
I also provide a full range of advanced internal medicine procedures, including bone marrow sampling, ultrasound-guided fine needle aspirates, joint fluid collection, and placement of all types of feeding tubes. These procedures can be performed on site, allowing practices to expand their clinical capabilities while retaining cases in house.

I provide a mobile, specialist-led internal medicine service across the Midlands and Greater Manchester, working alongside your team so you can retain cases and most of the associated revenue in-house. I offer fast, flexible, evidence-based support—either seeing cases directly or guiding their work-up—helping your practice deliver high-quality care while keeping clients’ money focused on treatment rather than unnecessary referrals.
CPD
Practice-based CPD delivered at your doorstep—avoiding expensive congress fees, travel, accommodation, and time away from work. Sessions are tailored to your practice’s needs, with a wide range of topics available. All that’s required is a few pizzas, some chairs, and a projector.
